About Joann

Baking, cooking and eating are my passion. I like to find complicated recipes and tweak them into easier and JTYeesometimes tastier versions that any home cook can make. Whether it is local or exotic, food can take you places you may never get to go. Mixing together ingredients and seeing the end product being devoured by family and friends is beyond satisfaction for me. So for the New Year,  I decided to start this blog and begin sharing my recipes with the internet. I hope you get as much happiness from making these recipes as I do.
